Work Experiences

During January 2025 to April 2025​, I worked as a project coordinator intern at Apxara Travel & Events Sdn Bhd. My responsibilities were to source items and information for events, liaise with vendors, meeting with clients, doing meeting minutes, editing ppt and on site as crew for different types of events such as conference, seminar, exhibition and forum. During my extension of my internship, I had the chance to work as a project admin in Lam Research Global Sales Conference 2025 which was held at JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur. In this ​conference, my roles were to bring clients to inspection for their city tour sites and restaurants. I also need to liaise with event stakeholders such as tour guides, drivers, event crews and restaurants. Besides, I also designed a city tour and executive tour itinerary and drawed a direction map for their dining around session.
